Thermo Scientific 25 mM MgCl2 is an aqueous solution of 0.22 µm membrane-filtered magnesium chloride, used for optimization of magnesium ion concentration in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase, DreamTaq DNA Polymerase, Maxima Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase, TrueStart Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase, Long PCR Enzyme Mix, and Phire Hot Start II Polymerase.
