Aminoallyl-dUTP
Formula:
C12H17N3O14P3Na3
Molecular weight: 589.2 (acid form: 523.2)

Thermo Scientific Aminoallyl-dUTP (5-[3-aminoallyl]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate) is supplied as 10 mM and 50 mM aqueous solutions titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.

Aminoallyl-dUTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Reverse Transcriptases, Taq DNA Polymerase, phi29 DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, Klenow Fragment, exo- and DNA Polymerase I. The resulting amine-containing DNA can be subsequently labeled with any amine-reactive fluorescent dye, biotin or hapten.
