Thermo Scientific dITP (2'-deoxyinosine 5'-triphosphate) is supplied as 100 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH. It is more than 96% pure and works with a variety of molecular biology applications.

Applications

  • For use in all molecular biology applications, including PCR and RT-PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase, cDNA synthesis, SNP genotyping, and primer extension.
