Thermo Scientific dm4CTP (2'-deoxy-N4-methylcytidine 5'-triphosphate) modified nucleotide is supplied as 10 mM aqueous titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.

dm4CTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Taq DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, and it is used in the synthesis of methylated DNA.
