Thermo Scientific dm6ATP (2'-deoxy-N6-methyladenosine 5'-triphosphate) modified nucleotide is supplied as 10 mM aqueous solution titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH, and it is used in synthesis of methylated DNA.

dm6ATP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Taq DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment.
