Extremly pure dNTPs are manufactured at Thermo Scientific, one of a few primary manufacturers in the industry. They are supplied in aqueous solutions titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH. Thermo Scientific dNTPs are available individually or as a convenient set of 100 mM solutions of each dATP, dTTP, dCTP, and dGTP for direct use in PCR, reverse transcription, labeling, and other applications.

    • Up to 90% of dNTPs remain in triphosphate form after 30 cycles of PCR (1 min at 94°C; 3 min at 72°C)
