O’GeneRuler Low Range DNA Ladder, Ready-to-Use

Thermo Scientific O’GeneRuler Low Range DNA Ladder 25-700 bp, ready-to-use is recommended for sizing and approximate quantification of double-stranded DNA on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is ideal for denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The ladder is a mixture of chromatography-purified individual DNA fragments.

O'GeneRuler Low Range DNA Ladder, ready-to-use is premixed with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for direct loading on gel. 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye contains xylene cyanol FF and orange G. In a 1% agarose gel, orange G dye migrates at 50 bp. O'GeneRuler Low Range DNA Ladder is ideal when visualization of small DNA fragments is important.

The ladder is supplied with 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye for sample DNA.
