0.5 µg/lane, 8cm length gel, 1X TBE, 5V/cm, 1.5h. Bands visible: 1353, 1078, 872, 603, 310 281, 271, 234, 194, 118, and 118 bp.

phiX174 DNA is digested to completion with the appropriate Thermo Scientific restriction enzyme, then purified and dissolved in storage buffer. The DNA fragments contain blunt or sticky ends, depending on the restriction enzyme used for the markers preparation.

Note

  • Bands indicated** form an anomalous pattern on polyacrylamide gels.
