Thermo Scientific ABsolute qPCR Mixes are optimized for use with hybridization probes and contain all the components necessary to perform quantitative PCR, with the exception of template and primers/probes. The 2X master mix contains a proprietary reaction buffer that provides high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility. ABsolute qPCR Mixes are available with the option of included high ROX reference dye concentration, Low ROX concentration, and with no ROX reference dye. There is also a master mix version optimized for capillary instruments.

Highlights

  • High sensitivity & specificity - The master mixes contain our patented hot start enzyme Thermo-Start DNA Polymerase
  • Reproducibility - All mixes undergo extensive QC to ensure batch to batch consistency
  • Optimised buffer - For maximal performance in multiplex reactions

Applications

  • Gene expression analysis
  • siRNA validation
  • Genotyping
